Ok, so I've read through the site, got a model I like! Now to put together a game plan.

The plan is to build 2 houses in 2 years! One to live in, and one for a studio/shop. A mobile sign shop essentially. Though I may just buy the shop trailer, we'll see.

Since I'll be leaving for the desert for 5 weeks, I imagine I won't be blogging much til I get back. But the Desert will also afford me some opportunities to acquire some materials (post BM wood) and maybe if I'm REALLY lucky, a trailer for the base.

I made a deal yesterday to rent out a buddy's barn in Arlington, So I can store the trailer and materials, as well as build the house in a covered environment!

Luckily, I work at a shop at is constantly throwing out great materials, I imagine I'm gonna get kinda crazy creative!

1st Mod I can think of, is an acrylic wall, with LED's behind it. Essentially the wall in the main living area can be the light for most of the house. No need for light fixtures! Ok maybe in the bathroom and loft!

More as I get my head in the game and formulate a plan!
